EAT IRON RICH FOODS

When you ate iron rich food iron is absored into your body mainly through mainly through upper part of your small intestine. There are two forms of dieatry iron. heme and nonheme, Heme iron is derived from hemoglobin. It is found in animal foods that originally contained hemoglobin. Such as Red meat, Fish and Poultry.

Here let us discuss about iron rich foods there are two types of iron which we discuss above that are heme and non heme irons. heme iron is in the form of iron that is readily absorbed by your body. You absorb up to 30% of the heme iron that you consume. Eating meat generally boosts your iron levels far more than eating non heme iron.

Non-Heme iron is based on plant based foods such as fruits, vegetables and nuts, foods with non heme iron are still important part of a nutritious, well balanced diet, but the iron contained in these foods won't be absorbed as completely. you absorb between two to ten percent of the non heme iron that you consume.

Here we can say as iron is a mineral in human body. it is one of  the components of hemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells, that helps body carry oxygen throught out the body.

If you do not have enough iron your body cannot make hemoglobin. and you may develop anemia. A disorder that occurs when there is not enough hemoglobin in the blood. when you develop anemia. you are said to anemic.

What are the symptoms of anemia?

The major symptoms of anemia include the following:

  • Feeling tired
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • Dizziness
  • Headache
  • Feeling Cold                                                                                                                                                                                                     What causes anemia?                                                                                       Low levels of iron is the most common cause of anemia. This known as iron-deficiency anemia, the most common type of anemia. Factors that can reduce the body's iron levels include.
